Marie Crawford

Personal Training Specialist (Can-Fit Pro)
CPR Level A
Fresh Juice Specialist – Owner of Pulp Kitchen Brand
TRX TEAM Coach
FST Stretch Certification

I firmly believe in the power to change negative aspects of our lives to positive ones if we have the proper guidance and ultimately a great desire to change. You have the power to transform your body and your way of thinking with proper nutrition and regular, stimulating exercise. I had the privilege to be part of a world-class dragon boat racing team in which many women literally changed physically before my eyes in a matter of only a couple of months with dedicated training to obtain a goal to win the World Championships in 2006 (we walked away with the bronze 250m and were really pleased!). Sometimes that’s all it takes – a simple goal that shifts many aspects of our physiology – we had to eat better and train smarter to become healthier, energized beings. In addition to Dragon Boat Racing, I am challenging myself with long-distance cycling, advanced TRX Suspension Training, and continued nutrition and fitness education.

By spending time with you and assessing your current fitness routine and future goals, I can help you get results. I also can develop nutritional plans with you, and offer fresh juicing programs to get you feeling and looking healthy inside and out!, and have much to offer your nutritional goals. Remember: You have the power to change…want to help you access it!
