User Agreement:

This USER Agreement (the “Agreement”) and the policies referred to herein contain the complete terms and conditions that apply to your use of the services (the “Services”) being offered at the URL: http://www.handsonyou.ca and all affiliated web sites owned and operated solely by Hands On You Therapeutic Clinic. As used in this Agreement, “Hands On You” refers to Hands On You Therapeutic Clinic Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, and “USER” or “you” refers to you. USE OF THE SERVICES AND THE HANDS ON YOU SITE CONSTITUTES KNOWING ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS USER AGREEMENT, HANDS ON YOU’S PRIVACY POLICY, AND HANDS ON YOU’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Hands On You may modify this Agreement’s terms and conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the Services and the Hands On You Site after a change in this Agreement, a change in the Privacy Policy, or after implementation of any other new policy constitutes acceptance of such change or policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY REVISED VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

• All Content must:
  • be complete and accurate;
  • be supplied in the manner and format specified on the site;
  • not be of a nature likely to bring Hands On You into disrepute
• If any of the information that you provide changes, becomes out of date, or no longer complies with this Agreement, please notify us.
• You acknowledge and agree that by posting Content onto Hands On You’s site, You consent to being contacted (on an ongoing basis) via any of the contact details contained in that Content, including (without limitation) where such contact involves receiving information about products or services which we think may interest You.

• We may provide You with notices by email, mail or by posting content on the site.
• You should carefully read and agree to this Agreement each time You use the site. By using the site (including, without limitation, by posting any Content) You agree that the then current version of this Agreement will apply to that use.
• Please note that all listed prices are in $CAN and are subject to HST.

Limitation of Liability

• Hands On You’s Internet site and the items they contain are offered to you on an “as is” basis and at no charge, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, use, availability, validity, accuracy, reliability of the items reproduced on said sites or as to the results ensuing from the use of such items. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Hands On You makes no representations about the comprehensive nature of the results of your searches conducted on its Internet sites. You hereby acknowledge and agree that your use of Hands On You’s Internet site is at your own risk.
• Hands On You makes no representation related to the accuracy or reliability of, nor does it endorse, any opinion, declaration or other information published or distributed on its Internet sites by any user, content provider or other person.
• Hands On You disclaims all liability related to any error which may be found on its Internet sites. Thus, Hands On You and any third party providing content on Hands On You’s Internet site, their related companies, officers, employees, representatives or agents cannot in any way be held liable for any damage related directly or indirectly to the use of Hands On You’s Internet site, in particular, the loss of data or profits ensuing from the use of items on said sites, errors or omissions contained in the items or the inability to use such items.
