Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel or -reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee may apply).
Suspension Yoga Cancellation Policy:
$25.00 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your registration prior to 72 hours, the registration fee/deposit is credited against another workshop. If you cancel your registration within 72 hours prior to the workshop, the deposit amount is used as an administration fee ($25.00) and if there is a balance, this amount is credited against another workshop. For any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to session start, we reserve the right to withhold entire registration payment.

Refunds are not applicable to any services purchased, credits will however apply.
General Information:
- Please note that all listed prices are in $CAN and are subject to HST.
- All flex bundles have a 3 month expiry period from date of purchase, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early prior to your class/appointment
- For all early morning classes, doors will open 15 minutes prior to start and will be closed once class begins
- Please call ahead or sign up online to reserve your spot for studio classes, as classes have a student capacity limit
- Make sure to sign-in at front desk prior to beginning your class
- If you are running late or have to leave early, please enter/exit class quietly, so as to not disturb other students
- Bring a yoga mat, however we do have extra mats available here
- Please wear comfortable/non-restrictive clothing
- Please inform instructor prior to class if you have any injuries or limitations
- Shower facilities are available at the clinic
**Didn`t find a class that you are interested in or a time that works for you… If you have a group of at least 6 people who are interested in the same class, time and day, we will be happy to coordinate an instructor and get you started!**
